1. Overview

The Career Clutch Partner Program is intended for organisations, consultants, creators, education providers, and other trusted partners who introduce Career Clutch to relevant prospective customers.

2. Qualifying referrals

  • The referred organisation or customer must be new to Career Clutch.
  • The referral must be submitted or tracked through an approved partner method.
  • The referred customer must enter into a paid agreement with Career Clutch.
  • Career Clutch must successfully receive payment from that customer.
  • The opportunity must not already be active in the Career Clutch pipeline, customer base, or partner network.

3. Attribution rules

The default attribution window is 90 days from the first verifiable referral activity unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If multiple partners claim the same opportunity, Career Clutch will determine attribution based on the earliest verifiable and materially relevant introduction or tracked source.

4. Exclusions

  • Existing customers
  • Leads already in active discussion or pipeline before the partner referral
  • Self-referrals
  • Free trials or unpaid pilots that do not convert into paid revenue
  • Revenue that is refunded, reversed, written off, disputed, or not successfully collected

5. Commission calculation

First-year commission is 50% of first-year collected subscription revenue from a qualifying new customer and renewal commission is 25% of collected renewal subscription revenue.

Commission is calculated on cash actually received by Career Clutch.

6. Payment terms

  • Commissions are calculated monthly.
  • Approved commissions are paid within 30 days after month end.
  • Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information where required.

7. Partner responsibilities

  • Represent Career Clutch accurately and professionally.
  • Use only approved or authorised messaging where provided.
  • Avoid misleading or non-compliant promotional activity.
  • Do not make contractual promises on behalf of Career Clutch unless expressly authorised.
