Sub-Processors may process personal data, including student data, only as necessary to provide the services and under contractual obligations consistent with our Privacy Policy, FERPA Data Protection Addendum, and Data Security Policy.

Career Clutch does not authorize Sub-Processors to use student data for their own purposes.

Sub-Processor safeguards

All Sub-Processors:

  • Are bound by written agreements requiring confidentiality and data protection
  • May access data only to provide contracted services
  • Are prohibited from selling or using student data for advertising
  • Must implement security safeguards aligned to industry standards

Career Clutch reviews Sub-Processors periodically for continued compliance.

Data residency

Career Clutch processes and stores student data primarily within the United States. We do not knowingly transfer student data outside the US without appropriate safeguards and school authorization.

Changes to Sub-Processors

Career Clutch may update this Sub-Processor List from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated to Schools in accordance with contractual obligations. Schools may contact Career Clutch with questions or concerns regarding Sub-Processors.
